Tasting commentary on our Château Nouret 2012 by Herman Dedapper, 1st Master-Sommelier of Belgium and 3rd world and Michel Praet, Editor-in-chief of Authentic Wines and Terroirs :
“A brilliant, quite deep, dazzling ruby colour. Soft, seductive, jammy strawberry and Morello cherry aromas combine with lactic and sweet spice aromas. This well-constructed, serious wine has a distinctive structure and a really concentrated substance that reveals stewed fruit flavours (plums, cherries) leading to a concentrated, pleasantly lingering finish. This wine has now opened out and retained an appreciable overall freshness.”
